Louis Caruso brings over 14 years of experience in accounting, finance and tax to his role at Braeburn as Controller. At Braeburn, Louis is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, driving strong internal controls, and providing insightful financial analysis to support informed decision-making. Prior to Braeburn, Louis was the Controller at Seelos Therapeutics, a publicly held development-stage company. He has held a variety of finance and accounting roles at Pernix Therapeutics and NPS Pharmaceuticals. Louis began his professional career with KPMG LLP and is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of New Jersey.
