Journey to Baltimore to follow six recovery advocates whose lives have been shaped by addiction, incarceration, and the challenging road of reentry. As they rebuild their lives and uplift their communities, we see how trauma‑informed, inclusive care, paired with true wraparound support across housing, employment, healthcare, and purpose, can transform barriers into stepping stones and second chances.
