Neely Frye

Neely Frye leads our department of government affairs, and has worked on some of the highest profile, most complex and impactful issues in the federal, state, and local levels of government. He has established many relationships with national and state advocacy organizations throughout the United States.

Neely began his career in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives serving as staff to the Pennsylvania Majority Leader and Speaker. He also led the Legislative Affairs office in the Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare during the Ridge Administration. Neely began his career in the private sector representing an array of top companies and advocacy organizations before the Pennsylvania state government. He has also held several corporate roles as a state government affairs executive in the health care industry.
