With over three decades of life science experience across pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and AI, Nina Binetti serves as Vice President of Marketing at Braeburn. She directs integrated, multi-stakeholder strategies and campaigns designed to expand market impact and fuel business growth for BRIXADI®.
Previously, she has held senior leadership roles in marketing, brand strategy, and commercialization across multiple therapeutic areas, with a particular focus on complex and specialty markets. Nina served as Head of Marketing, Epilepsy Rare Syndromes at Zogenix (and UCB), where she spearheaded the commercialization of FINTEPLA® in neurodevelopmental disorders, contributing to Zogenix’s $1.9B acquisition by UCB. At Corcept Therapeutics, she designed and implemented strategies that grew KORLYM® revenues from $2M to over $50M in just three years, in a rare, devastating metabolic disorder, helping move the company from net loss to net income. As Vice President of Marketing at Viz.ai, she led product, performance, and life sciences marketing with an emphasis on using AI solutions for underdiagnosed conditions. Earlier in her career at Janssen/Actelion, she drove franchise strategies that contributed to a successful pulmonary hypertension product launch and portfolio revenue growth.
She also advised Micrus Endovascular, where she led the development and launch of a new line of stroke embolics that doubled worldwide sales within two years and fueled the company’s acquisition by Johnson & Johnson.
Known for her commitment to building and leading diverse, inclusive, and equitable teams, Nina fosters collaborative environments that drive both innovation and results. She holds a BS from Boston College and an MBA from Indiana University.
