Renata Rauth

Renata Rauth has more than 18 years of experience in the life-sciences industry, most of which have been in the mental health space, in both private and public companies. At Braeburn, she is responsible for leading and developing company-wide human capital strategies and overseeing all facets of the employee lifecycle. She is passionate about culture, people growth and building organizational capabilities while aligning to company core values. In addition to her HR expertise, Renata has a strong finance and accounting background. Prior to joining Braeburn, Renata worked for Otsuka, Teva and Bristol Myers Squibb where she held a variety of roles of increasing responsibility from financial planning & analysis to finance management, internal audit and internal controls. She began her career with PwC as a supervising senior auditor. Renata currently holds a Senior Certified Professional (SCP) certification from SHRM. She is bilingual in Brazilian Portuguese and English.
