Tami Carten

As Vice President, Trade and Patient Support, Tami Carten leverages her years of broad and deep pharmaceutical experience to build and operationalize our trade network and optional patient support services. Tami leads a team of five accomplished professionals and provides oversight over our trade strategies and operational performance.

Tami’s diverse career experiences span over 30 years in the pharmaceutical, biotech, diagnostics and consultancy-based industries in a wide set of leadership roles and core functions. Tami specializes in solving challenges and building solutions in market and patient access, trade, and commercialization. She possesses a solid foundation in market access strategy and marketing, trade and payer contracting strategy, and complex negotiations.

Across her career, Tami held highly strategic roles and delivered effective strategies and tactics with solid outcomes in many disciplines, particularly in Market Access launch and commercialization. Prior to re-joining Braeburn for launch, she has worked at other pharmaceutical companies such as Abbvie, Regeneron, Otsuka, and Johnson & Johnson. Tami originally served as the VP of Specialty Trade and Distribution at Braeburn for 4 years. During that time, she was responsible for building the pre-launch distribution and patient access framework for BRIXADI. Tami also has extensive pharmaceutical market research and consulting experience.
