Tom Connolly brings more than 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, spanning diverse therapeutic areas and customer channels. As Executive Vice President, Head of Sales & Marketing at Braeburn and a member of the Executive Leadership Team, Tom leads the Sales and Marketing organizations and plays a critical role in shaping Braeburn’s commercial strategy, driving planning and execution with a strong focus on revenue growth and a high-performance corporate culture.
Before joining Braeburn, Tom served as a key member of Boehringer-Ingelheim’s sales leadership team in its rare disease division. Prior to that, he spent 18 years at GlaxoSmithKline, where he held leadership roles across sales, commercial operations, training, brand marketing, and market access.
Throughout his career, Tom has built and led high-performing teams and successfully launched more than fifteen pharmaceutical products. His deep industry expertise and strategic vision continue to fuel Braeburn’s growth and strengthen its position in the market.
