Tom Connolly has more than 25 years of pharmaceuticals experience with a diverse background spanning several therapeutic categories and customer channels. In his role at Braeburn, Tom is responsible for leading the Sales function and plays a significant role in shaping Braeburn’s corporate culture, field sales strategy, talent acquisition and commercial planning. Prior to joining Braeburn, Tom was part of Boehringer-Ingelheim’s sales leadership team in their rare disease division. Prior to that, he had spent 18 years at GlaxoSmithKline in various leadership roles including sales, commercial operations, training, brand marketing and market access. Tom has vast experience building teams and has had responsibility for over fifteen product launches during his career.
