As part of our commitment to support individuals and families affected by opioid use disorder (OUD), Braeburn participated in the Shatterproof Walks in Boston, Chicago and NYC.

Shatterproof’s mission to end the stigma of addiction complements Braeburn’s purpose to transform the management of OUD. At the walks, our team members had the opportunity to honor loved ones affected by addiction, advocate for change, and raise awareness around the challenges faced by those in recovery. By participating, we strengthened our resolve to champion recovery.

Walking Together for Recovery

Participating in the Boston and Chicago walks was especially meaningful, as they marked the conclusion of our team meetings—an opportunity to share key insights and inspire one another with the lessons we’ve gained throughout the year. Closing out the week by supporting such an important cause brought our team even closer together.

The Braeburn team walked alongside thousands of individuals, families, and advocates. The energy and sense of community were palpable as participants shared stories of resilience and hope. The walks were a reminder of the real-life impact our work has on individuals and families, and it re-energized our commitment to making a difference as we begin to wrap up the year.

Looking Ahead

As we continue to move forward in our purpose, Braeburn remains dedicated to supporting communities impacted by OUD and being a voice in the fight against addiction.

Thank you to everyone who participated in these walks, and let’s keep moving forward together toward a world without the stigma of addiction.
